A child’s age ought not to define which toys are apt for which age of child. At times, older children with autism at Special school for disabled children derive great advantages from some toys in comparison to a younger child for whom those set of toys were designed, such as a ball or a block game. It cannot be denied in any way that sensory toys plays an important role in developing autistic children needs, says an expert from a home for mentally challenged.
It has been observed that majority of children with special needs counter complexities with differently textured toys including sand, textured balls water tables, and other tactile objects.
